Metallica in CDMX
New tickets have been released, giving Metallica fans the chance to see the band live in September 2024.
Metallica, one of the most iconic, beloved, and prominent thrash metal bands, will perform in Mexico City as more tickets have become available. The geniuses behind ‘Nothing Else Matters’ will hold four concerts in the capital, which will take place at the Estadio GNP Seguros.
Metallica is one of the most beloved bands in Mexico, having held numerous memorable concerts in the country over the years. From their first visit in 1993 to their historic eight consecutive shows in 2012, the band has secured a special place in the hearts of Mexican fans.
These upcoming concerts in 2024 continue that special connection, promising nights filled with entertainment and energy. Metallica will perform four concerts in Mexico’s capital on September 20, 22, 27, and 29, 2024. These events promise to be spectacular, with the band playing their greatest hits like ‘Enter Sandman,’ ‘Master of Puppets,’ and ‘For Whom the Bell Tolls.’ Tickets are available for the general section of Estadio GNP Seguros and can be purchased through Ticketmaster.
With the release of additional tickets, more fans will be able to experience the magic of Metallica live in Mexico City. The band will also be offering four shows, with Greta Van Fleet and Mammoth WVH opening on September 20 and 27, and Five Finger Death Punch and Ice Nine Kills on September 22 and 29. Each of these concerts will feature a completely different setlist, meaning that each night will offer a unique musical experience.
Additionally, a circular, otherworldly stage setup will bring a completely new twist to Metallica’s performance. Tickets are now available through Ticketmaster. Part of the ticket proceeds will be donated to Metallica’s foundation, the All Within My Hands Foundation, which was founded in 2017 to create sustainable communities by supporting workforce education, fighting hunger, and addressing other critical local issues.
